by Saturday 5th August – recovery day
After a sleep in, we had a late breakfast and a swim before heading into Hoi An for a wander. Simon got some more shoes made.
We checked last minute adjustments on some clothes we had made and wandered the streets looking at all the beautiful lanterns ready for the lantern festival.
Dinner at Morning Glory – amazing place to eat.
Then to the river watching candles being floated down the river, people in boats, we saw three couples that had just been married having photos taken.
It really does look beautiful
Abigail was feeling a little unwell so we went back to the hotel at about 8.30 and Simon and I went to the beach bar for a final drinks of rocket fuel before we leave tomorrow morning.
